Best Place to Train ATK/STR?

Hey Im lvl 39 I have 20 atk 31 str and 56 range...I am looking for a good place to train that i will not get hit too much because of my one def...i am f2p so no mem spots please

Go through the stronghold of security. The higher level you go, the higher level monsters they will be. So, I suggest just training on some monsters at the lower levels.

 

Cows or goblins? lols.

 

Thanks I think ill try the stronghold because i can always bring a pole and axe and cut food and cook it and go down there

I used the warriors guild. got like 12k tokens before the defender update and they've got me a long way

Level 10 minotaurs in the stronghold.

once you're about 40 attack and 40-50 strength go hill giants, then after 70 strength, fleshcrawlers on level 2 of the stronghold.

alternatively, al kharid guards or the house in edgevill filled with men.

 

there not lvl 10 minitours there lvl 1 but do minitours up to 99 ftp its best spot just buy about 5k tuna in ge then bot it

 

I don't have a lot of f2p experience but i would go with minotaurs. It seemed to work with most of the pures i leveled in my day.

 

what bot can i get that will do minitaurs and then go to bank to get food?

 

perfect fighter our autofighter pro to be honest most free bots arent very good and its not like u cant afford $15..

 

alright i will go check out some of those paid bots...i was thinking about RiD because that looks like it has zero chance of getting banned...anyone know how much that is/
