    My stats are 99 str, 99 att, 99 def, 88 magic 70 range, and 71 prayer.

    All i have is a tent whip in the bank.

    What should i do now and what should i work towards?

    ok what i would do, sell whip (even though your range blows) and kill brutal black dragons via range. i do it afk on a few accs its good money. all you will need is range gear, anti fire pots, prayer pots. and u dont even really need prayer pots if u want to be cheap u can go up and down the hole and use the prayer alter above the dragons
