best helm i can wear

whats up guys im 99 str 99 atk and 95 def i havent done fremmy trials and im to lazy to do it what can i i wear besides barrows i dont want anything to degrade while im botting thanks for the helm

Either just do the quest because the helm is really good or you can get the 3rd age helmet if you have the cash.

 

Either just do fremmy trials (highly recommended), or get a dragon med I guess.

Fremmy Trials is easy. Will take around 2 hours max. Worth it for the helm.

However, best helm I can think of is slayer helm if you do slayer frequently. I use it all the time.
