84+ is best to go with spec. restore. Beyond that it depends on your level.

Uhm tbh we dont even know what lvl u are i can just say Overload is best xp.. 1k ea .

that is not what i am doing, i just didnt word my question right, what i mean is most effective, as in price effective, i am not trying to get my post count up or i would be posting pointless shit
