What are some small games I can play between League queues?

My queue times are becoming increasingly long, what games do you guys recommend to play during queues or whenever you want to play SOMETHING but for a short amount of time?

 

Quick game of clash royale.

 

I've started playing slither.io it's surprisingly not that bad.

 

Town of Salem is pretty fun, its like an online game of Clue

I'd recommend Faster Than Light. It's quite a neat indie game on Steam and you can pause whenever you want.

 

I usually just browse some forums while I'm waiting for a game. How long do League queue's take approx? Do you play League alone or with friends?

 

I second this. If you play with friends, and just kind of fuck around it's a ton of fun. On its own though, you can get into it and the games are only ~10-15 minutes or so in length.

It depends on a few factors. If you're playing ranked at a high rating, it becomes difficult to find people around your rating queuing at the same time as you. Now that there is a "Dynamic Queue" system where you chose two preferred roles, the system has to put together each team from the available players queuing up. Some pros have to wait ~45+ minutes in between games at high-rating.

Then, you need to take into consideration the ability to queue with 1-4 other players, and if you're in a part of 5, the system needs to find a party of 2 that fit the exact 2 roles open, or two solo players to fill that spot.

In reality, like 80% of the playerbase has completely normal queue times, but some players do have to wait long as hell inbetween games.

Tbh, you reaction time and mouse precision gets triggered before the match starts. For me as a support main it makes sure I hit a higher % of hooks when I just started playing that day.

Depends on your PC, I play rs3 on another monitor all game, and quickly tab over to resume super afk activities. Also, some phone games are nice to dick off on like Summoners War or any taptap game. I play Tap Titans myself.

 

I am not sure about other games. Just play small mobile games on GKPlayer. They are very funny. Maybe you can have a try. One game I played Iruna. I think it is very funny. Maybe you can have a try.
