i have a staker thats like 81 attack 50ish strngh 75ish defence with liek 66hp
and a guy thats 93 attack 40 def 80 str 70hp

You can use AutoRune. Err it's called wining and it takes FOREVERRRRRR

wining just does attack. you cant get 60 def and keep 10hp. Def and str has to be trained using fatigue trick
