Best F2P Training Spot?

What would be the best F2P training spot for a main?

Lesser Demons
Hobgoblins(Lvl 42 in the hill giants cave)
Guards
Possibly a few others that I cant remember

 

I would go to the Stronghold of Security and in the lower 2 levels, there are some great monsters to train on.

Lessor demonds. Others I havn't tried.

I'm there now .

 

Id go to spiders on level 2 or 3 i think lessers are good to.

 

Im at the spiders now. 10K experience in 20 minutes.

Not that much food left though. 7 lobsters and 6 tuna.

 

The Security Stronghold? The place under the Barbarian place.

 

Aren't cockroaches really good xp? They also have good drops I have heard.

 

I use the Security Strong hold myself, lessers are fine too.
