Emailing Jagex?

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to respond if i email [email protected] it's been a while, and i'm desperate to get back into the game. thakns

Not long, I suggest you go on YouTube and watch a few natgeo shows while you wait. I emailed them for jag, and got a response in under 30m.

 

I've emailed them twice now in regards to a payment for membership (It kept coming up with errors, checked my bank statement and it's been taken out 3 times) still no response, over a week now.

 

It takes 2-4 weeks depending. My acc got hacked no response it's been 2 weeks

 

i emailed [email protected] about an account recovery only once but got a reply within 24 hours.

 

took them 5 days to reply back to me

 

I'm waiting for my reply from [email protected] but now I feel kind of silly about doing it because I don't want them to check up on my misdoings. :c

It's been 3-4 days so far.

 

It has taken me 3 MONTHS to get an answer. and still no damn answer at all... they're ignoring me!

 

I believe it depends on the case as you can see in the thread - some gets answers ASAP and some, wait weeks. If you give a legit e-mail that looks good etc you are probably more than likely going to be taken serious and get an answer at a quicker speed.

 

Every time i got muted, i got unmuted in 30 minutes by emailing [email protected]

 

Write it like you are the parent. They will take your mail more seriously. I got my reply in less than 2 hours for my case.

 

[email protected] usually take 2-4 hours, accounthelp around 1-2 days, JAG usually up to a week, that's the worst IMO.
