Best creature to kill for combat training?

I just started combat training and I'd like to know what would be the best creature and script to go along with it to kill to pow lvl. Im lvl 42 with like 37 atk 25 str and 30 def. I know thats low but I pretty much only mined up till now.
So I need a creature that will probably not kill me in two hits, lol. With creature suggestions plz post the script for them if possible. Thx in advance!

 

members: rock crabs, soul wars
f2p: most likely stonghold creatures like minotaurs, flesh crawlers

 

Monks would be good for F2p.

 

If your a Member just go straight for soul wars and don't look back. Many people are saying that soul wars XP is going to go down just like PC so I would suggest go while you can and get as much XP as you can before they change it.
As for None members, I would go with cows and goblins till like 30-40 and then go for Monks or the Desert guards They have a lot of HP and don't hit much if you got good Armour def unless you are going full pure,
