Best cooking exp...

Just wondering if anyone can tell me a few of the best methods for getting up cooking without wasting a lot of money. I can ALWAYS sell the food once it's done I just don't want the supplies to cost a ton. I know wine is pretty good exp, and I'm currently looking at curry. I would prefer not to cook sharks or lobs but still get quick experience. Around 200+ exp per cooked item.

Suggest , err...Trouts - salmons - lobsters - 99.
