Best/Cheapest VPS?

[RSKingdom-2012]

Hey Guys,

I am looking to rent a VPS (I live in Canada).

Has anyone used any good ones that are pretty cheap?

I would need around 8GB of RAM and around 2 GHz of CPU speed.

Thanks in advance for the advice!
