Plate = iron plate?
legs = Black d hide legs?
boots = climbing boots
kite = god book
gloves = addy gloves

Bear head from Mountain Daughter quest. The rest is correct, assuming you want to use melee only.

 

armor is fairily irrelevent. dhide + ghostly

 

yes im meleeing, i know the fire cape is the best cape..but i cant do that to save my life....lol, and thank you about the helm..iron plate is really the best for meleee...kinda disappointing about that lol

if your not getting a fcape get a skillcape instead

 

Regardless 3rd age isn't the best defence bonus either....lol

Is the armour for ranging or for melee?

In the picture it looks like you're ranging, but you mention iron platebody which gives -10 ranged attack...

 

I have heard the GoP robes are pretty good for one defense pures, however I am not positive. I think there is hardly anything with good bonuses on one defense pures. I wouldn't be too concerned because any armor won't help you much because well... Your one defense lol.

 

Rogues Armor r really good against mage too

I think this is the best.

 

helm is mountain daughter. About the f cape it's totally possible with 99 range 1 def and 44 prayer. Do you just have trouble switching or a bad comp? Just saying because with 99 range you should definitely get it.

 

Just went through every response and keep seeing god book... it's not the best armor.
cbf to look up what it's called.. the castle wars shield is the best for pures but nobody knows that or ever uses it >_>

 

Yeah this shield sis basically a Rune kite shield, but it will take you 200 tickets to get it. Just afk castle wars for a few hours a day and you can obtain it.
