Best AntiSpyware?

Anybody know what the best free anti spyware is? I use Ad Aware SE and it seems to work ok but it doesnt COMPLETLY get rid of the spyware.

I use Ad Aware SE as well and I find it works quite well. The only way you actually get spyware is if you download all that crap that you shouldn't be downloading such as cheats for games or sometimes porn...(sickos!)
