Best Ammunition For Range Training?

I'm a rune tank with 80 ranged. Just need to be clear what the best ammunition is best to train against ogres (Near castle wars)

1) Iron Knives?

2) Bone C'bow w/ Bone bolts?

3) MSB w/ steel arrows?

 

I'd say iron knives/Steel arrows IMO. Depends on cash?

 

cash not a problem, that's the thing im confused with iron knives and steel arrows....

Iron knives would be the best way to go in my experience. If you can, I'd suggest hitting up the caged ogres. One of the better places to train.

 

Im east of castle wars atm, I got 40 def so I can pick up my arrows (using avas)...

Caged ogres mean I cant pick up arrows?

If you can't pick them up, You can just telegrab them if you have the level?

 

I would strongly suggest iron knives.

If you have the bank, buy 100K iron knives and hit up caged ogres.

Although you'll lose some cash - the XP rates are VERY promising.

Definitely iron knives. Msb with arrows is pretty decent as well though

nobody's going to tell you their best training spots. The popular places are rock crabs/caged ogres. Iron knives have higher DPS which means more xp/hour.

 

Iron knives, then the bone bolts.

 

I prefer msb+steel/mith arrows but iron knives are faster xp. Go to orges/experiments/rock crabs or even slayer task.

 

mith darts are same range str as steel knives, but cost 6gp each..
