berenstain bears, or berenstein bears?

was talking to a homie today and he was saying how he was reading one of those childrens books about that family of bears to his little brother, and he said the book was called the berenSTAIN bears, not berenstein. I told him he's a dyslexic retard and went and googled it, and apparently they've always been the berenstain bears? The fuck nigga? I could have sworn it's always been the berenstein bears, but sure enough the authors last name is berenstain. I'm tripping about this. Looked more online and apparently a lot of other people remember it as berenstein too. Are we just dumb and all couldnt read that shit right before, or wtf?

That just shows some other autistic faggot misspelled the name. It clearly says Berenstain bears on the box lol.

I did some reseach, it was created by a Stan and Jan (isnt that cute) Berenstein. In an attempt to throw the third reich off their trail they threw down their dreidels and yarmulkes and changed their names to Berenstain and ammended the books slowly but surely over the past ~8 years. They have painstakingly attempted to cover this up, legally changing their names and SS#'s editing wikis, going to librarys and defacing books and de-jewing the bears.. ever try to sew the foreskin BACK onto a fucking bear?
