almost got scammed for fcape by QuittingJags

Explanation of the trade: I wanted to buy fcape on 75 ranged 1 defence 1 prayer and 10 hp.
How they scammed: When I went to fcape section and made few posts about fcape, 5 minutes later I get messages from this guy. Look at pictures please.
