Currently being scammed by EikNauxi on the AGS Pure with 96 Strength, have all documented proof via screenshot & video.

Agreed to pay 140M upfront and 160M next week, he agreed and gave me access to the account.

I then was told I would not have the funds for next week and said it was best I just be refunded.
He agreed, and gave me a world and place to pick up my gold.
He then swapped the email back to his, and the password was changed and he is now refusing to refund the 140M

Eik, Since you agreed to refund him you'll need to refund him, you shouldn't of said you would refund him @EikNauxi a DNT has been added to your account until this is done.

I did say I would refund him, now i'm saying I won't. You knowingly agreed to our terms whilst knowing you would be unable to pay me the 160m on Wednesday. All you wanted was a free account to "rent" you also bought a tent to go staking with lol.

What you just posted was you just admitting that you are refusing a moderators instructions because you feel you can go back on your word and steal from someone.. Are you kidding? "Now im not"... even if you were renting out a max pure which is odd to begin with how do you figure that is worth 140M for an hour? I bought the account from you and made the agreement, and then my girlfriend arrived home and was upset that I bought the gold, and I informed you and requested the refund, and you agreed and then took the account back and refused to refund me.

Hey brother I'm going to completely leave this up to you but I am still super interested in buying the pier back from you especially now due to my current situation I am taking full time care of my mother-in-law so I have a lot of time on my hands and that is basically 8 hours of my day now I am being paid for it but I'm only being paid weekly and the whole reason that I'm even doing it is because I'm still on leave from my normal job because I was injured but anyway I guess the original point that I'm trying to make is would you take a hundred Mill down on the account allow me to use it keep the email registered to you for now until I pay off the other two hundred Mill which should be within the week if you were willing to do this for me it would mean sincerely a lot.
