Well, it says WITH the bounty hunter minigame ... so it would probably be used in PvP. I'm guessing its use is extremely limited or there is some way to counter it.

Most of these updates look superb. I am especially looking forward to the new combat rework. Jagex has really been impressing me lately.

The game will never be what it once was, but if they are successful with these updates, they may make a whole new name for themselves. There just may be more memories to be had with this game.
