Perfectionism fake vouches/probable vader

Has vouches in his sig, but no vouch thread. 1 of the users has been banned since 2012 and inactive since then, one of the others has been inactive since 2012 as well. Seeing as he has a Jan 2014 registration date the vouches are clearly fake. The format of his thread definitely rings a bell too, I believe he may be a vader with these banned profiles:

User also has incredibly ridiculous/unrealistic rates, claims his stock is 40-50b in a post but has it set as 6b on original post, and seems to be avoiding posting his skype. (Note original post was edited 1 minute after the other post was made, yet op still says stock is 6b while it was "40-50b" 1 minute prior)

Everything about this user screams vader/intention to scam.
