Try to keep your tags in a color scheme that works. The one you have going now just doesn't work.

All i see is

Stock
Duplicate, Blur, erase the focal
Black/white gradient over it on multiply. Erase the Focal
Apply image, Sharpen, Erase around focal.
c4d on lighten, erase some parts
2 blue dots on linear dodge.
