Which violation you are reporting the user for: Contacting the family members of a user via social media in a threatening fashion.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Reporting attempted blackmail - states it clearly here in his/her own admission.

Rule referenced :

Users will be banned for 6 months for the following:

• Disclosure of Personal Information of a Staff Member or Acquaintance of a Staff Member: This includes, but is not limited to, full names, private emails, Skype/Facebook, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc.
  • There will be a 6 month Spam Forum ban on top of this and a DNT which will need to be pardoned for.
  • A second offence from the same user will result in a permanent DNT.
  • This rule does not apply to information/photos that the staff have posted publicly on Sythe about themselves (or reposting of the same provided the original thread still exists).
  • For the sake of clarity, an acquaintance of a staff member is a family member or close friend who is only associated with Sythe through a staff member, if at all.

Although these rules apply specifically to staff members, surely this kind of bully/gangster wannabe retard behaviour can't be tolerated.

This quote from his TOS: How the fuck can harassing someone's family be classed as "defensive" and "what is needed". Your actions weren't justified and neither is claiming his balls shrivelled up because big bad beast was coming for them.

I don't know any of the users involved but any asshat who behaves this way should be punished severely.

Also, I'd like to add a personal note. This last 12 months has been horrifically difficult to everyone, even Beast I'm sure. But sadly, his/her cancerous approach to that thread, the way they try and bully the person into submission after clearly having found links to the man's family was disgusting.

Further edit: I know @sinkovsky has made a report regarding this report but for me leaking the personal info was a seperate bullying tactic. The two things should be punishable separately.

 

Could I also add, to the evidence of bullying behaviour to gain a PROFIT - @Beast clearly states in their discord chat that they didn't lose any money after the refund was given. This has been turfed up out of greed for a profit. Terrible.

I do stick to what I know. You chose to not make a valid scam report, instead you took the law into your own hands and took a settlement offer.

You then, out of greed, re-messaged the guy requesting your profit be paid to you.

You might get away with fluttering your eyebrows to other people but I only comment on what I see, and you're a severe retard.

 

We clearly need some clarification on why @Beast 's comments were removed from the OP.

This is either staff acknowledging how detrimental that could be, that a bond holder (elite trusted member) would post such horse shit, or, it's been covered up.
