Read this but TLDR you made your account on mobile or with a vpn. It needs to be tied to a residential address so they know ur not ban evading.

No Home IP - Trade with caution (TWC)

Hey thank you very much. I just did the twc disputw. Hopefully staff will allow me to get it lifted. So are we not allowed to use vpn while on here?

You can just not when creating an account.
