Be able to change your username.

I don't like my username and would like to change it... Is there anyway possible to make it happen? :idea:

 

Unless you're a mod or high donator, you have to make a new account, I believe.

It's not dumb, it's that way to keep things in order. If everyone was given a name change when ever they pleased, they'd scam and do stuff that they normally wouldn't before they had access to name changes.


It causes more problems than it does solutions. I personally would love a name change to hide from in real life people, but that's sadly not going to happen.

 

It would make everything too confusing.

The only things that name changes should be allowed are, is when people become MODERATORS/ADMINS, and get numbers removed off the end. High donators SHOULD NOT be allowed. Also, _'s should be removed out of peoples names if they are donators of $50+, as _'s mean that you cannot access sythe's IRC. If you have donated $50+, but can't access IRC because of a _ in your name, you should have rights? Anyone agree?

 

I can't really agree with that seems my name was already changed from Travis_T to Travis.

 

Exactly travis. You had a _ removed.

 

He's a high donator, very high. Why shouldnt they be allowed name changes?
