Bawsz Dispute

I have to agree with this. Bawsz was a very trusted member of the community, and clearly did not know his sniping team was wrong, otherwise he wouldn't be freely posting it on his services.

 

Bawsz doesn't deserve the ban at all, after he got banned on sythe he completed my order without removing anything from my account !

That is his partner, Bawsz was ignorant of the fact they were snipers, he seen the thread where they were selling "buffalo" and replied http://www.sythe.org/12068806-post6.html but continued advertising them on his thread. There is a difference if his partner had updated the thread but he updated it himself. Even if he's unbanned he should be with a 3-6 month undisputable twc.

Also out of curiosity is it a guy or a girl? On bbex he was a girl but now its a guy?

 

This thread isn't going to change the staff's opinion on his ban, and thats what matters.

No proof=No ban... at the end of the day, It's not about what you think you know, its about what you can prove.

 

Whats the point of the entire thread? To change the staff's opinion? Because it sure does look like it. They make a decision, and he makes a dispute, you don't need to get everyone to make threads about unbanning people.

bbex was pretending to be a girl,
the owner of Ddyce caught him when he searched though his computer via teamviewer and saw a voice changer program.

hes a guy and got deranked from ddyce for him being a fake girl.

 

I didn't make the thread, but I'm going to assume this was to notify the staff members that a mistake has been made by banning Bawsz. Look at the proof. If he deserves any punishment it should be a TWC, not a permanent ban. Anyone in their right mind can see that.

 

If my opinion meant anything, I wouldn't support his pardon.
He just used sythe to steal names and resell them for profit, same to pbot.
He had his chance, he got unbanned, then he's banned again. He could think about it before.
Only possibility of him getting unbanned in my eyes is brand new TwC and blocking name sales forum in my opinion.

 

Has anyone ever reported him for selling sniped names? Or a name that they previously owned that got sniped? No. But we are banning him for advertising a well known dungeoneering clan that happens to have a few snipers in it. That is unjust. I would stand up for any member of the community like I am standing up for him, because I believe I am right on this matter. Stand up for what you believe in. If it was me that got banned for such a lame excuse, I'd expect people to help me out also.

If they had proof he sniped names fair enough he is scamming users he deserves a ban.

and after someone's who donated $300 been banned for a year never disputed money

come back to the site a few months you re-ban him i would be pissed personally

 

HackForums is a hacking website. But not everyone there uses it for malicious purposes.
Team RFB is a dungeoneering clan. But not everyone in the clan use it for just dungeoneering...

 

baws owe me 3m 07. i haven't seen him on skype in the past two days.

 

His skype says that he's "temp banned on sythe and will be back, and that he's still working on orders."

Obviously he must be scamming if he isn't completing the order while his skype says he's still doing them.

 

Hard to complete orders when people change their passwords because you were banned... -.-
People are changing their passwords and then claiming he never finished the job... "OMG he didnt finish my training, he owes me 3m" When realistically he probably did half/most of the training before they changed it, now they are going to try to say he didnt finish it fully so they demand a refund... When it was their fault for changing the password...Flaw in the system.

to be honest my bank is worthless, so that is why my password remained the same for the last four days. All he told me a few days ago that he is taking a break, but did not expect him to be away for so long. So we will see if he decides to take my bank which is worth 1m. if he does it wouldnt bother me to report it. have a great day

 

What are you talking about? You still get charged as an accomplice to the crime. So it is relevant that he knew. Because if they were caught and you were with them you would get charged.
