This server is based on Kevlon, with alot of our own work put into it. This will be a Spawn server, however their will be Items that you can not spawn.
Some items will be obtained by Pking and reciving tokens, Another way is when you get a PvP artifact mandrith will give you tickets you can use In his shop of Legends.
Anthoer aspect of Battle-Rune is PvM(Bossing) some Items will be on a drop table, You will now be able to spawn these items either.
