Secondly you need to get rid of possible flags on your computer. Jagex will flag you in your 'Jagex' folder located in your user folder on your computer. Also delete all three .dat files who belong to Jagex. Once you've been banned Jagex will autoban you on this if you don't delete them. It's important that you do this consistently, best would be before and after each login. After deleting these files, please always check if they're gone! You can also check this instruction vid

How I can do mass payment with it.
Do I have to pay fee also ? While doing mass payment for customers who sold there rsgp & osgp to me ?

How can I get exception on paying fee while sending money to others?
