If he just flat out refused then it's not sketchy, but if it was a built up situation and left mid trade, then i can see a TWC.

I prefer not to unless its a large amount. If I can get that vouch for say $350 where the other dude went first will help me build up my rep. Saying that when someone with no rep says it then its sketch.

Yeash, casual 3 year break.
Launched skin care company in the winter of 2014, and the acc I bought got hacked.
Due to that, I left for quite sometime.
Another one of my "quitting Rs" moments.
Left the skin care deal to launch a different line of work, built it up really well, found some free time and RS was calling my name again lol.
