IV : Training 1-10 Range

So you have started your f2p ranger, now it's time to train! Get your training equipment and get ready to go to Chickens. You may train on Chickens in Lumbridge's Chicken Pen. Train your range there to 10.

V : Training 10-20 Range

Now that you have 10 range you may move on to Cows! Cows are not to far away from the chicken pen actually it's pretty close to the chicken pen. A good place to train on cows is near the crafting guild just Southwest of Falador. Train your range to 20 on Cows.

VI : Training 20-30 Range

Once you have reached 20 range you can train on Scorpions. Scorpions are located in Varrock Sewers and Al-Kharid Mines. I suggest going to the Al-Kharid Mines because there is a few more scorpions there than in Varrock Sewers.

VII : Training 30-40 Range

When you have reached 30 range you can either train on Guards in Edgeville or train on The Pirate in Port Sarim's Jail. Either one is good.

good guide for lower levels, but personally id rather just sit at cows the whole time and at lvl 20 or 30 you can (not reccomended till lvl 40) go to the white knight jail and range throuth the jail bars.
