Baserleftout's Ban

Hey its me again, i was banned roughly a month ago because i was hacked and the only way i could come back is if i paid back the guy that was scammed $100 or get his account back, The Granite Maul (think thats ur name) if he has his acc back is it possible for me to be unbanned?
