BasBassiBas still in contact?

So after lurking it looks like @Meteor spoke with @basbassibas who seemed
willing to refund this guy if needed, yet refuses to refund me for months.

Will someone please contact Bas and ask him to refund me? Don't understand
why he would remain banned over this. I've also got him banned on PowerBot
for not refunding me. Any help is appreciated.

If he wants to come back he will need to refund you. It's up to him. He knows your contact details, he doesn't need us to micromanage it.

EDIT: Just saw meteor's decision and I'm going to speak with him first since this was resolved awhile ago.
