like mention to the gamersoul mod I still had no way to contact him since I've been gone for more than a year due to work, then again I did try to contact him cause theres no paypal information to pay him from since trade was done via steam gifting

 

Bro. The pictures of the Skype profile and who you were speaking with are completely different.

 

I was explaining that I didn't have/remember his skype and asked the GS mod how I could repay him but thanks to dunworry I was able to find it, I was a tad bit confused. I asked to add him and pay him via paypal since steam wouldn't be able to refund the gift he sent.

 

tried contacting him several times but he's even been inactive for months on Gamersoul also, just trying to clear this up.

 

Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)

i've tried contacting him but no luck thus far, i contacted you on skype earlier to see if he had any other means of communication i could reach him with but unfortunately he's not available on gamersoul or skype. im still trying to contact in hope for a response

 

If he doesn't answer back by July 1st, the pardon is good to continue

It looked like you removed him from your contacts or blocked him without sending any of the account info after he gifts you what you wanted. The report itself confirms this as well. If you have proof showing otherwise (chat history), I can't support this.
