u should do king's ransom, will help u out alot

[Solid tank]

Fremennik Trials
Heroes' Quest
Fremennik Isles
Holy Grail
Recipe for Disaster
Legend's and Heroes Quest.
Monkey madness.

Basically, many quests which give def xp that allow you to wear a certain item. so once you 70, you dont have to do that quest and wont get the xp.

If you want, hit me up on msn, and I can help you out alot.

o rfd, mm, kings ransom(peity), In Search Of The Myreque
In Aid Of The Myreque(barrows short cuts), fairy tale part 2(transportation), and legends. Most of those quest you listed are experience from lamps(you can decide what xp you want).

[Christmas Crackers]

Not sure about the other quests, but you must do Recipe for Disaster.
