Um, even though I didn't vote for him, and as much as I don't agree with his views, him being assassinated would NOT be good for our country, regardless of what anyone says. It would just be hell.

You base your support on a candidate on the fact that they paint a flag on a plane, or wear it on their backs? You base it on the fact that a candidate claims to want "change" for the country? On the fact that a candidate was a Criminal of War? Or because a the other candidate is older?

Even claiming that the whole reason you are against Obama (and again I stipulate that I am not pro-Obama, this is just a common argument) is due to his ties with terrorist-related peoples is a non-substantial argument, as McCain has close ties with people who were involved with torturing American POW's during the Vietnam war, just as Bush had ties with several less than savory advisers. And do you really think that being a criminal of war will make someone better president than another candidate? I'm sorry, I just don't see the common ground there.

Perhaps you should all try learning about and focusing on the two candidate's plans for the economy, as well as what their support is on certain bills and ideologies put forth. Try to actually come by a REAL reason to vote or not to vote for a candidate.

I don't know if you people remember, or realise, but you're country is in an economic recession, and you're wanting to base your arguments of who should be in office on the fact that someone painted his plane certain colours, or because you think someone is too old to run?

Let me remind you, that states like NY, California and all those north eastern states "the democratic stronghold" , Florida, and other such states. These states are all states that have either a economic importante or are places that the rich/wealthy/smart people live. On the other hand, Republicans win states like Utah, Texas, North Dakota, and the like. These states are all "rural states" people that live in these states, a majority are people that are not dumb or mean,but are not educated, school/university wise. Where do republicans win? In rural areas. And where do democrats win? Big important cities. And let me ask you this. Where do a majority of big time tax payers/doctors/professors live? In the same places democrats win




Also, someone in this thread was saying that Barrack Obama isn't patriotic since he doesn't salute/wear the so called american flag. All I have to say or part what I am going to say is: WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK? It's a freaking flag.
