Hi,
We haven't started reviewing accounts from that thread yet.
However, before we even started that thread we had a number of accounts in mind which we felt would be suitable for review, and we have been looking at those.
Some of those accounts may have been offered a reinstatement, and they may have also posted on the thread - which is why you may hear of people saying they posted on 'page so and so' and have been contacted.
As soon as we do get underway with the main thread we will let you know. As it stands now it looks like about 500 hours work at least (maybe more), just to get it started, and then there is all the investigation time.
So we need to give some thought to how we will do that - obviously we have priorities and we'll always put more general support tasks ahead of this type or work as it's only sensible to keep supporting the people who have not been cheating and need some help, before we start to invest time to see if we can do anything for people have been cheating in the past.
If we offer account reinstatement we will be in contact with the account holder and in the contact message we will clearly outline any charges applied to the account, and how to pay those charges.
Generally speaking, the process and payment options are very similar to 'negative credit' - essentially meaning you need to purchase some membership credit.
If you purchase sufficient membership to reduce the days to zero, you will be able to use the free game, and obviously if you pay sufficiently to move the membership days into a positive, you will be able to use the members features.
Of course, if we do offer account reinstatement, we also apply harsh penalties to both the xp on the account, and the in-game items/gp. We don't wish to be too specific about this - but the account will be hit hard.
Finally, it's not possible to learn how your account will be affected unless you are offered reinstatement and choose to complete the reinstatement process by paying off the negative membership applied to the account.
Thanks,
Steve
