Explanation of the trade/How they scammed: Between dec 2019 and march/april of 2020 i put 750m in making my way to sergeant (plus my weeklies.) Talked to frost a few times and was told to come back whenever, last time we spoke was prior to him selling frost bets to sid and dj. My friends from frost bets cc were inviting me to every new discord and eventually added dj to a group with us so i could discuss getting rank back, when i brought it up he stopped responding, spoke again today and tried saying they cant cus their rules which were created AFTER me and dj spoke in attempt to make me rebuy a lower rank for more than ive already put in the cc. Me and Dj originally discussed on the 10/3/20 screenshots will show the post was 14 days ago with updated rules as well as todays date to confirm it was posted on 10/5/20, 2 days following me trying to get my rank back. All details between me and frost and buying my rank is evident in old screenshots where his discord acc wasnt banned. Frost has a new disc acc now. also shown in screenshots
When Frost let me buy my rank initially, the rules were, pay your weekly, and host. In terms of in game at least, if you didnt pay weekly you were free to take breaks and come back when ready, pay your weekly and get to hosting, on certain occasions he added a fee but usually was waived. You can confirm everything with frost ( Frost ).
Sid Dj and many other members took breaks for quite some time when they were still hosts and dj was a manager. Was never an issue until i brought it up and they had already increased the costs of their ranks substantially and hoped for another buyin from me.

I was told as seen in discord that they arent willing to sell a rank back if in their favor which makes me just wish if case goes in my favor for the resolution to be a refund of rank, not for current prices but value from when i purchased. (900m buyin or 750,which is what i put in with a promotion up to corp prior to last rank up)

 

1. Ranks stated as always as unrefundable.
2. Rules are subject to change at any time.
3. We have never, nor has frost ever brought ranks back at any time. If we did we would have over 50 hosts.
4. Rules clearly state you have to pay weeklies to keep rank if you are off for more than 4 weeks. It’s your responsibility to keep up to date with rules as they have always been there very clear to view for all.
5. DJ is online every day, he didn’t ignore you and can prove that so don’t be petty.
6. We have 4 hosts waiting in line to buy rank and 2 long term hosts on a waiting line to be let back in to host. To think you would just be let back in after 6 months off is just never going to happen.

1. Ranks are stated as unrefundable, however this isnt for a refund this is a scam for a rank that i wish to be reimbursed seeing as how if i win the case you will do whatever you can to get me out.
2. Changing after it was already discussed and only for that reason is not the same as rules being changed then me asking.
3. Actually they have, you, dj, goose, 100k, jake, 7pot, lasplaga, rng, AND me have all taken breaks from 1-2 weeks to 4-5 months. Lasplaga even longer.
4. Again this is after the conversation with dj where he chose not to respond and two days later these rules were made. also being that you are stating the current rules, its been 2 weeks since that rule was created so technically im still within the limit.
5. Proof shown in disc screenshots where he stopped responding after i asked on 10/3
6. You stated yourself that youre having old ranks returning and i didnt ask to be immediately ranked i asked for my rank back where it was stated i was to pay for a new rank entirely. As well as you took a 3-4 month break as well under frost's ownership.

I'd appreciate it if we kept to straight facts and nothing trivial especially when there is already evidence provided proving the claims are false.
And I'd also like to fix an error i made, it cost me 700m not 750m my math was wrong, but rank was worth 900m then (see screenshots) and if theyre charging 1b for recruit now i can only imagine what they value it at currently. Which also makes this feel like a money grab to see if I will bite or take a lower rank.

FYI it states you have two weeks to come back and deadline would be tomorrow according to your post.
Any host that has been on a break for more than 4 weeks as it stands is now given 2 weeks to come back or will suffer a permanent de-rank. The rule however is 4 weeks break at a time as stated the other day (can be found in host rules)
Also was never invited to guilded or given a host rank on it so cant see "host rules" and "stay up to date" when the rules are hidden from me.

I’m really sorry Boozer but once again it’s clear to see you are so in the wrong here. From where we stand it couldn’t be clearer. Your deal with Frost was so long ago that it cannot even be considered now. Our rules are clearly posted everywhere and an @notify is always posted if anything is changed. Ranks are clearly unrefundable.

The guilded link is everywhere, if you were so keen you could've found it on our website its pretty evident, we have been on guilded for over 2 months now.

4 weeks or more means 1-2Weeks +-, Not 7 months. I dont even count you as a part of the clan.

There are so many false comments in your statements, for one, I (Sid) have never taken a break off hosting. I reduced hosting but never took a break.

It’s all pretty ironic and convenient how you suddenly want your rank back from a clan you left 7months ago when you began to hear about how much we have been investing and expanding (Investing a substantial amount in a website and the CC + the groups.)

With no payments and no interest from you for so long, I am very sorry to say you are now nothing to do with Frost Bets and have not been for a long time. I dont run a charity that revolves around what you would like to happen... You have to realise this is ran as a business and has clear rules.

After ban and before ban of frosts original account, also brought it up on "frost1" before it was banned pre "frost2"
I've consistently talked to bettors and other hosts as well as frost about me coming back and was never a problem, even dj didnt state anything about it until today after the rules were changed, dont worry ive already went through all the recent announcements over the past month on Guilded - Chat for Gaming Communities . Frost announced his leave and leaving yall in charge was posted a month ago. And to say you never took a break was completely false and RNG just returned from his break
If any further info is needed by the moderator staff, please feel free to ask. Theres no point running in circles when things being announced are false statements with evidence already posted against it all.

 

Update:
Was seeing if anything else has changed, any slander posts, etc etc on their guilded and found out they banned me already on it. I haven't said anything in the guilded haven't messaged anyone, nothing against TOS either. After posting proof using their guilded I'm assuming they banned me so i couldnt prove anything else in my favor.




Unsure if they were trying to keep me from screenshotting where RNG was/is on break or if there is something else but I do already have proof of that as well if necessary from a mod, trying to not post many more images until this has been reviewed by a mod as to not make it as big of a hassle to go through.

Saw everyone online, joined cc and was immediately kicked as well.

 

1. Rng was on a break for 2 Weeks. Again get your facts right.

2. Stay away from my clan till this shit is sorted. I asked u to keep it private and respect the clan but you dint care so you dont deserve to be around.

Even if she can be unbanned the ban wasn't justified. Doesn't concern this report though, only reason she added to this thread is due to her being involved (screenshots) being why she was banned.

@Moderator's The way Frost Bets was, we had hosts that were also in other cc's (still are btw) but there was a rule created that you could be in other ones and then changed to cannot HOST in another cc. Other bettors are also hosts in other cc's without any issues. So not only was this rule irrelevant to my situation but is also quoted incorrectly. Only other rank ive had in a gambling disc was Truegamer1's but as an advertising manager, never hosted there or anywhere else. In fact here is the screenshot from frost when he told me i was fine to be in it but i could not host elsewhere. (check back to previous screenshots where i showed his before/after convos of his initial acc being banned for gambling when discord ToS updated. can check the names and can provide more proof it was the same user)


Last bit of the conversation not long before his ban.
I'm labeled as "staff" in the discord and no rank whatsoever in the cc.
BUT besides that WHEN this rule was put into effect.
Frost HAD TO REFUND RDE for it(already shown in my previous screenshots). Also proving that again, ranks are indeed refundable for certain situations.

Sid, I'm going to take away your shovel for the hole youre digging, you've made false statements on this entire thread, you have no evidence supporting any of your claims, while i've shown proof of all statements ive made. Frost has been around on the forum and seen this post(was here all night last night under users viewing this thread), if he has anything to add he was informed as well as staff in the initial post that his input is valid here if stated but I have ALL the dm's between me and his 3 accounts.

Proof of me talking to Frost about me taking a break was already established, me and frost talked on his original stating this and then i have screenshots of his frost 1 acc dm where i asked, then i asked dj and then rules were changed within 2 days of me bringing it up to him.
Edit: this is still not agreeing to the statement made but assuring that if thats the defense you wish to go along with that I am in fact within all the "safeguards" frost dj or you have made for any host. Just like you making the 4 week rule and stating they have 2 weeks from that date (ending on 10/20) to make a return or lose rank, which i also have returned before that alotted time

Again, this was NOT me asking for a refund this was me wishing to have my rank back and your "money grab" to make me rebuy my rank as you have increased its price from 900m to 2b :^) You stated i could not have my rank, i asked for a refund then as that is only valid option at that point since unwilling to give rank and if not I'd take it to sythe, and here we are.

As for @KillerThump Again, you are not directly involved, stay out of this before the mods start taking action on you for it as it is against rules otherwise. but to entertain, i was in multiple servers at the time that kept getting banned sometimes as little as 1 day. I'm sure you can ask pain or pyra as they had to give me my roles several times as for "everyone's eyes" the only eyes valid were dj's and frost's and they both had eyes to see me in their dm's. You've said what you've had to say, the mods can read the screenshot from frost and red and it clearly shows theres nothing about "im not obligated." If I wanted to "extort" money why would i wish to ask for my rank back and if theres any extortion it would be you denying me after I've spoken with frost previously and he confirmed(check screenshots) and asking dj and him ignoring me so he could change the rules 2 days later(again shown in screenshots), then telling me i have to take it to sythe but wanted it "private" (stickied post thread: "Going forward we will not be allowing private reports.")
Honestly everything has been shown regarding this situation and proof, and youre speaking the same lies, and youre providing nothing solid or anything at all really regarding this other than hear/say.
Lastly this is my last response until a mod comes in as im not going to let this get any more saturated.
