Banning of Bartaggio part2

I was wondering, in my old dispute thread DarkGroove said that I needed to prove that I'm the real Bartaggio, any ideas on how I'm able to do that?

Also, I know that I will have to refund everything that is lost (if they have enough proof).. I've seen several threads where they reported me as a scammer with some proof, but what's enough proof to refund? nearly all of the threads are locked so I'm confused, are they locked because there is a lack of proof or because I'm already banned?
