Banner help

[Powerb0t]

I was wondering if a level 3 could get a banner? What level construction would they need? I'm going to get one, and I'd appreciate it if someone could let me use their banner making stand. Much appreciated, pm me or post here.

I'm also curious about this, I have little knowledge about construction.

If you tell me the Construction lvl needed, I could make and let you use mine. Add my msn.

You need 66 con.

You need 66 con.

"Steel / Rune Full helm - 38 Crafting
Steel / Rune Kite shield - 43 Crafting
Banner - 48 Crafting"

16 Construction is also required.

'Building a banner easel requires at least 66 Construction, 8 oak planks and 2 bolts of cloth.'

I suppose I read wrong.
