Banner for my friends server...thoughts?

I understand its suppose to be a banner, but slapping the text on like that, and choosing such a tacky font is bad.

Also, the little turmoil icons dont look very good either.

 

Change up the color scheme & text, it's seemingly unprofessional.

 

The text has nothing to do with the whole theme in my opinion.The colors either.Moreover, try resizing it and making it a bit smaller.Working in big art is always tougher than working in small art.

 

The font is horrible.
Make it more legible.

 

I think it has to much colour into it. But less colour.

 

Has too much colour, looks very low quality, font looks unproffesional, icons are way too small for the text itself, you barely see them.
Make a new one, totally, from scratch and make it less-big size, or just focus a part of it on the text.
