Banned

I was just banned and It said the reason I was banned is because I'm selling the same Zerker account as johndoexxx. This is a different account as the previous one being sold I can prove that and I can also prove owner ship of this account. This account johndoe12 Is a brand new Sythe account I followed all of the rules properly there was nothing sneaky going on here.. I am unsure why I received a temporally banned I was never informed I am Perm banned from using sythe ever again. Can someone please get back to me it says my ban will be lifted on the 1st of January, this just doesn't make sense unless I am perm banned from using sythe for the rest of my life which if that's the case you should of stated that on my previous ban.
