xseventeen17 Off-site scamming

Here is a post someone made showing that I was "scamming" off site.

First off I would like to start off by saying, I have been using Sythe for the several months, fairly religiously and have had 1 hick-up very recently, being framed/accused of stealing someones CSGO skin (got it resolved and is no longer a problem), but other than that, I have started a RuneScape 2007 Minigame service as well as, a VERY Successful RSPS gold/currency swapping service and I advertise sparta.rs @Zuzel111 on a monthly basis. I get 2-5 vouches a day from people they want to do business with me because they know they will have no problems.

Secondly, to talk about the post made about me xseventeen17 Off-site scamming

@CircleTrader added me yesterday morning, looking to do some RSPS swapping, I was away form my house working on my classwork, and I was unable to reply to the PM he sent me on Sythe. By the time I am able to get back to my laptop to continue business for the day, it was extremely late, and I just decided against it. I am assuming since I didnt reply/stopped replying on skype, he thought I was just trying to scam him, because, from personal experience, if someone ends up not replying after you handle business in a legit manor, they were probably just in it for a quick scam.

BUT thats not how I handle my business.

Three years ago, I was apart of the PowerBot community mainly because that was my bot of choice. I was just starting college so I needed something to play for me #noxpwaste.... I did small services on the side so I could make extra cash in the game (at this point in my life I didnt know too much about buy/sell gp for USD) so it was all used for in-game purposes. But one thing that was very repetitive was the scamming on PowerBot, I was scammed countless times by people taking advantage of my low feedback self and just taking small amounts off me. One day, and I remember it very clearly, this man added my skype and looking to sell IKOV GP, which was in high demand back then. And that day I had already been banned on Ikov for RWT and then scammed for about 15m 07, so I was a bit heated and just wanted my money back. So I did what I did and got banned for it. I didn't do anything RuneScape related for awhile after that because I didnt have money nor have a way to make money.

I joined back on Sythe about 2 years later, which was fairly recent, and I realized how much success and profitability you can get with just professionalism and safe ways for people to trade. So I knew that if I wanted to become successful I wasnt going to be able to be upset if I got scammed while I have low vouches, and I cant just give up because I have to go first, because everyone had to start there, even @Dave and @Gracious and everyone else. SO thats what I did..

The past 7-8 months I have done nothing but legit, professional, safe business and I have grown with it. I have people recommending me to their friends, and people coming back even if my prices are a bit too high, but they dont mind paying because they know they are going to get what they paid for without any problems. Its easy to see I have learned from my mistakes, and if I had any intention to scam, I would have done it by now because I handle alot of gold everyday, but the profit in the long run is too great to scam 5m right now.

All that being said, I am sorry that my passed some how is showing up. I am sorry people are so paranoid that they go off site to dig up dirt. And I am sorry my name is in the dispute section again.

I would say I will do anything it takes to prove it, but I have been doing it for the past few months. I got a decent vouch page, and plenty of people that do business with me daily, Im not going to let one person bring down my success because of my past.

Add this as an update to my post. Banned xSeventeen17! [Explained - Confession]

I looked at the scammer report, and got onto the PowerBot forums to find the guys skype account. Which I successfully found! I found him on my blocked list on Skype, but I unblocked him and am trying to get in contact with him. I owe him 5m but I think 8m would suffice (the interest built up over the years)

Hopefully he finds my request soon so I can repay him my debts! I don't want to be in the dispute forums anymore... That was a younger, immature self!

I am sorry to be so annoying but can someone please look into my post? I am banned for a very stupid thing and there is no reason it should take this long to handle.... it's been three days and it's gone untouched.

I have been trying to contact the guys I dealt with back in the day but he has failed to accept my Skype request. If it makes any better I scammed him 5m but if he isn't going to reply I can just donate like 20 bucks. I'm not here to scam and my success in my business should be able to prove it. I admitted to doing what I did forever ago. Times have changed.

Again, i apologize for replying a 3rd time. I just think I was kind of unfairly banned without any chance to defend myself.

 

Their last view date on Powerbot was the 27th of August, so there is still a chance he may become active within a month and I'd like to have you wait out that full month (trying to message him every few days - I'd also suggest creating another Skype and adding him there as he may have you blocked.)

Since @Astro made the ban, he can disagree/agree with what I just said.

I would like to add an update. I made a new Skype account and have been requesting for the person I scammed to add me on Skype; at least once everyday. It appears that the person does not use the same Skype as before, or just doesn't use Skype whatsoever. I will continue to do this but I am posting today to request something: if I was to donate 20 dollars (400% of what I took way back when from the PowerBot user) If I could be unbanned and continue my business as normal BUT still be obligated to get the victim his rightful money back. And If I am unable to get ahold of him, maybe something else would be asked of me on behalf of @Chloe or @Astro or @Sythe.

My business has been extremely hurt from this ban, and I hate to see ALL my customers go.

I have absolutely no idea why he/she feels the need to defame me and continue to bury my name in the definition of scamming.. I do think it is a bit unfair. I should be able to defend myself against someone trying to defame me "for the fun of it" as he said in a picture I posted in my initial appeal.
I know what I did was wrong, and so does everyone else, no one is saying otherwise. I am not trying to make myself above the fact that I took 5m 07 from someone, but I obviously have grown from it and am MORE than willing to give it back, in fact I will be upset if I am unable to find the rightful owner. Anyone that uses Sythe as a form of business will know that staying legit and having the utmost professional business will bring in way more profitable than scamming one person for a set amount of money and losing everything you've worked for. I am not sure why @CircleTrader decided to pursue getting me banned, but I do not think it is right for him to do it to the extent he/she has. I don't know if there is disciplinary action for such thing, but he/she shouldn't be allowed to defame me for something that did not involve him at all.

I am still trying to get a hold of the guy. I send him a Skype request everyday on my personal skype and a new skype I made in case he has me blocked on my personal skype. I am still more than willing to pay back the 5m I took from him. It was so long ago when it happened, from the looks of it, he doesn't use the same skype account.
I was asked to continue to try for a month.

Its been around half a month and I have gotten no response. Yet @CircleTrader still feels the need to continue to stir the dirt around. Which in my opinion he should be told to stop because this incident does not even involve him.

I was/am extremely successful in the RSPS gold community (easily top 3 for OSScape sellers without being a website owner) along with 07 Minigame Services and I am not going to just give my success up because he saw me as a threat to his business or whatever his reasoning behind his reports.

I am doing what has been asked of me and I don't know what else there is for me to do. I have offered to donate 20 dollars which is 400% of the money I have to pay back along with the obligation to still attempt to give the 5m back if I ever hear from him. I am not looking to just sneak out of any disciplinary action, I just want to be able to do business again..
