Banned without warning...

Hello Mods , I was banned for a build up of incrations , from posting on my log thread.(Styeh account ツDJ Nickâ„¢)
Now ive looked at them - I FULLy agree , However...

Benwise has made it his mission to infrating me for everythnig...

I got 2 infractions without ANY warnining

And i eleave if says in the ********* rules..

"Users will receive 1 warning for the following
(though infractions for repeated offenders, or if you do this because you know you will only get a warning):
- Multiple Posts: posting numerous times in a row
- Bumping: posting just to get a topic at the top of a forum, usually with just the word “bump”
- Gravedigging: posting in a topic that has not been posted in for over 2 weeks unless you are the owner of the topic and it is a selling or buying thread.
Scripter Clause: The above three rules do NOT apply in the SCAR (working scripts) section for script authors and coders ONLY.
- Spamming (in general): posting only a few words in a topic such as “lol ok” or something with little to no relevance to the topic; creating topic deemed useless by staff or one solely for the purpose of spamming
- Caps: posting in all caps
- Backseat Modding (mild): posting things like “lock this thread” - basically acting like a mod"

I got The following incfrations...

Benwise infracted me for Multiple posting (Warninnig)
I went and delted the double post , computer accidently did it but yeap

Verts Infracted me for "Spamming" (1 point)
HOWEVER Know warning was issued for "SPAMINNG"

And qoute..
"Users will receive 1 warning for the following
- Spamming (in general): posting only a few words in a topic such as “lol ok” or something with little to no relevance to the topic; creating topic deemed useless by staff or one solely for the purpose of spamming "

Infracted me without! a "Spamming" Warning

then Benwise Infracted me 3 Times for "Spamming" (3 points)

Again...And i Quote

So thats a total of 4 points for "Spamming" Without Any "spammnig" warning

Then Tengauge12 infracted me for "Flamming" - A Warning!(0 points) Finally a good mod thats sticks to the rules.

After The first 2 points
I went back to my thread , delted what i thought was spam , well tryed to delete them.

Then i Recive 2 more from benwise...
This is WITHOUT any "Spamming" Warnining

And once again clearly stats in the rules "Spamming" is worth a warnining first......And i never recived one for "spamming"

So i beleave , These infraction points should be removed and Therefore Unbanning me account

K, you spammed. A TON. And I didn't make it my mission, I was doing spam reports and saw you spamming once, and than I went to a next thread looking for something to do, and you again.

And, even if Verts didn't warn you, all 3 of my infractions were warranted. So even if you decide Verts is a warning, that's still 3 infractions. 2 weeks. You do not get an warning for EACH offense. Warning, infract, warning, infract, warning, infract? That's 6 times you would spam before a ban.

And removal of ALL of your infractions? You spam in every thread. I've seen you posting one word posts, bumps, and other things. Honestly, if I infracted you for all of it it'd probably be half of your posts x 1 infraction. So, like 100 infractions.

And flaming shouldn't be warned, it should be an infraction. That's 5.

Oh, and ban evading. That's permenant.
