Banned "tombbajonez" (SECURITY ISSUE?)

Hey, I just got banned on my account tombbajonez It says "hacked" so I guess it's a security issue as I pmed @-Ryan today regarding the weird IP on my ip audit list. If so, please inform me ASAP as I really concerned atm that is my computer hacked or e-mail or what has happened? This came as a huge surprise to me.
