Crumped Dispute

I am disputing against my Ban evade + the scam thread that a staff member has recently decided to add to my ban reason.


I don't really have much to say about the ban evade.. It was so random that I was banned for it out of no where.. no staff have shown me how they possibly think I was that person.. it was really not me. I've looked at everything this Swiftgold person posted and I have no idea what any of it is. The only thing I can recognize are his "PKHONOR" threads but I don't even play that, I play Spawnscape lol. Yes my other thread says this has confused me because I once did go to make a website for buy/selling gold called Swiftgold but I couldn't remember if I made the account.. even if I did it has to have been hacked or something because I assure you this was not me. If you can check IP's you'll see that either none of it matches me or the first few ever logins will match me and then it would change ip's as it's not me. It kind've looks bad on my behalf mentioning about me creating a website with the same name and stuff but i'm just being open and honest.. I don't know what has happened here :L Whatever this Swiftgold did, I wouldn't have ruined everything I have on Crumped for it. If I am allowed to know the email SwiftGold was registered with then I will be able to answer straight away whether or not I created that account. If it turns out it's mine, then it will have been hacked or something and I guess i'll have to request a pardon.. but I doubt that.

I don't know where this came from.. all of a sudden it was added to my ban reason lol.. for a few days it only said I was banned for evading.. now this? Who added this? FireZ commented saying no response.. anyway here's all the proof i'll give you of what actually happened.

- I bought a Runescape account from Grind4fun.
- I had the account for not very long, then sold it to Brass4321 (Kyle/Void)
- Grind4fun recovered the account
- Kyle obviously instantly thought it was me.. messaged me on skype.
- Not long after messaging me he made the report thread. Lol, I live in Australia.. It was like 2 or 3 in the morning.. I was asleep and claimed I wouldn't reply.

I'm fine with giving him another account if he ever replies lol.. This is not my fault at all and I had no intentions of scamming him.

Please guys, all of a sudden this ban evade and scam have come up and it's making me look really bad but I have not done anything wrong.. I wouldn't ruin the reputation I was building and the money put into my account Crumped for this stuff...
