Name sniping?
The names i am selling on sythe are all from a sythe ex-moderator.. I am not a name sniper i merch names, What is wrong with that.
This is the reason i was banned, i can't even click on the link.

I never have name sniped a name, I don't even know how..
Just going to leave this written for now. I put alot of work into stuff on sythe just to get banned again.
I have not, and will not be scamming anyone I have taken money from in my services and want a clear explanation and proof to why I have been banned

Ok so this must of been the clear reason why i was banned?

Lets start off with the names i was selling on sythe...
These Names (80 NAMES...) were purchased from "Determinate" who IS AN EX-Sythe Moderator (CAN SHOW PROOF).

NONE of the names I have were sniped, I am not afraid to send ANYONE a full list of the names I have and am selling..

Its pretty sad I get banned without solid proof that I have even ever sniped a name in my life?. I HAVE NEVER.. SNIPED a name in my whole entire LIFE.

The Names i have ever sold on Sythe are names that have been PURCHASED from people on SYTHE... How can you just ban me without solid proof?



Now onto this..
"#Team_RFB" Team RFB is a huge irc channel at peak times, and is mainly related to dungeoneering,

If "Team RFB" was just a small name sniping team (as people seem to think on sythe) do you actually think i would be dumb enough to advertise it? Especially when i already know name sniping is not allowed.. If i was actually involved in the name sniping I wouldn't publicly admit to it.. by saying #TEAM RFB in almost EVERY PICTURE I MAKE....

In the SL, I was lookin for feedback (no complaints were made about banning you, or your friend) which was why the ban was issued.
I see this as enough evidence to keep you banned, permanently.

I also had proof that you didn't own "BF" or "C1" (can't remember which) yet you were still selling it. I PM'd you requesting you to verify, and that PM went ignored.

AS YOU CAN SEE.. RuneFullBody is highest on each list, there are also other countless records. These are just Overall's i have shown, if you want me to get into the nitty about everything there are over 100 records broken by RuneFullBody.

You guys only heard about the name sniping because of the few trolls in #team_rfb that decided to come on sythe?. You didn't know team rfb was a dunging team so you jumped into conclusion that it was a "Small Name Sniping Team" I cannot be held responsible for that?..

Its like when people have firecape services (advertising the clan through pictures of completed firecapes on sythe), and they are ranked in a pure clan..just because a member of the pure clan "scams" on sythe it doesn't mean they(i) should be held responsible??
Please rethink what you have done.. because it seems like you just jumped into a conclusion. This is really not fair, i have not committed any offence.

Staff are able to use discretion where necessary. In this case, it was decided without objection that this course of action was appropriate. You advertise RFB, a known sniping team and expect us to allow you and your boys on the site to steal names from other members and profit (whether it be on Sythe or not). Condoning behaviour such as this, is almost as bad as doing it yourself.
Like the SL I'm more then happy to leave this open for input, however it was my view then, and my view now that you are to remain banned.

Also, as I said on Skype, You had a name up for sale that was then unable to be verified when requested because it happened to be deleted on the same day that I requested it to be verified. In a nutshell, that's some dodgy shit.

I will reply where necessary, however my views on this are clear, and will remain unchanged.

I don't support any unban, the TWC is definitely staying no matter what, also a name forum ban sounds good as well.

 

I strongly disagree with an unban.
If it is considered (which I highly doubt it will be because of the amount of staff that do not support the unban), he should have a TwC.

Was your view of me getting banned based on that scam report?
Or your view to keep me banned based on me promoting the Dung clan that everyone here thinks is a "name sniping clan" even after i have showed clear proof that it is not.
Also these moderators posting there views saying im sketchy have nothing on me.

But kmjt we all make mistakes, probably not as big as mine.. but that was 2 years/3 years ago man.. people change you know its not like i scammed anyone man I was loyal my whole time in dragon dyce hosted legit and also loyal on sythe. I now understand why you would call me sketchy but this is a completly different issue we are facing and you decide to judge me on something that happened a long time ago.
I am trying to start a fresh on sythe, opened up a nice service thread which is getting great feedback, was looking to start other shops aswell, donated $300 to help out the site and also to help myself, but if i am always getting judged from what has happened in the past then i won't get anywhere in life. People make mistakes i am not the only one, even a few of the current moderators have made pretty big mistakes my mistake in dd might have been big but i never had intentions of doing wrong.
People need to be forgiven for what have happened in the past and i am one of them, so please forgive me..

It wasn't 3 years as he claimed, it was 1 year if that. He seems to have trouble stating the correct amount of time that passed in his history to portray events happening a lot longer ago then they really have. He told me on skype that the scam he was pardoned for happened 6 or 7 years ago when it really happened 2 years ago. Maybe he is honestly just bad with times I don't know. Anyway I wouldn't be against an unban if he were to get a TWC. Might need more input from RsProd he knows the most.
