    i have 18 vouches it was the first when i get back money, he was claimed from me 51,66USD, and he's banned ... so please unban me, if u need i will show paypal claimed money.

    Users don't normally log off immediately after someone sends them a payment. You did. I find this extremely hard to believe.

    If you can prove this, however.... We may be able to discuss something.
