Banned Long Ago For Scamming(no Proof)

I last posted a dispute some time ago and no one replied when i was banned some time ago, there was no real proof, and then i was hacked, i think at most TWC is all that was needed since i was hacked, but since there is no proof i think it was rash thing to do, please unban me.

last threads deleted, no response, was banned, no real proof, was hacked during that time and was banned when no real evidence was shown, at most temp ban or TWC was to be given, yet fully banned

First off I was hacked once and that guy scammed 20m or so off this dude:

this csez said i never paid him full amount, that i never bh'd him back $ which i did. He paid the full amount and since I'd had that other report people felt even without proof i must be a scammer cause of it.

no proof, i was banned because i had reports aginst me w/o proof, i was hacked before so ofcourse they may be reports or ppl trying get hand outs ect..

I've waited a while and post a thing on here be4, but never went threw idk if pen didnt accept,cause said mod had accept anyway

please unban me if u can, had use proxy 2 get on again to post this.

Hello.

After studing everything from the 'hacker', and you as well. The charaistics form of your typing as well as the 'hackers, are one in the same. Even the points of which ",'s" are used. So, after studying everything, and reviewed everything.

I am personally lead to believe you was your hacker, only claiming to have been hacked to get out of the ban, which obviously you've been given. Then after realizing you was in over your head. You went to pay an individual back, ONLY the individual who had full evidence again you (Your hacker), that he had been scammed.

Yet he disagrees.. He says, even as you stated. The individual was not fully payed back. As far as my dicision goes. You are not to be unbanned.

On that note: This maybe disagreed with by some staff, but if it was you, and you intentionally scammed a individual, paying them back is not going to change the fact that you intentionally scammed them. Now in some cases it's stated as a scam, due to a bad situation, which intentionally was not ment for a scam, and once proved and verified. The individual is then unbanned, but considering this was intentional from the (hacker), which after reviewing everything. Is you.. I am to say you're not to be unbanned. Considering, that is how I think.. I cannot go against the rules.. I'm just saying if an individual in my decision intentionally scams someone.. Their not to be unbanned just because they pay someone back. Because, considering it was intentional.. Who's the say their not going to imposter them selfs, or then scam again just thinking the other person will never have enough proof, and them continue to get by with it? That which I have stated is irrelevant to my decision, and is NOT why I decided for you not to be unbanned. The reasonings on my decision is stated above from the " On that note: "
