Banned... Lol

As you can in the report a scammer section, I was banned for scamming? Yet the lack of concept "NickV" has. Hes actually quite dumb, and actually took another users side over mine. There is no proof what so ever that I scammed nor that I didn't give the user "nanilla" the xbox live account "EboNLC". I posted a screenie of him threatening me about getting me banned on Sythe and also him sending money with fraudulent paypals, which he therefore stole the account from somebody else and sent me money with it.. I just don't get why you would let "NickV" handle this, the guy is a moronic kid who obviously doesn't deserve to have any authority what so ever in that matter.

But look closely in the case, and also see my side.. I would prefer someone who actually knows what they are doing to look at the case excluding NickV.

Cause if I scammed, where is the proof? There is no proof that I didn't give him the Xbox Live account.. But you can see he sent stolen money, and there is a little screenshot of him sending me a message on xbox live..
