Banned? I didnt do anithing wrong!

i speak english bad ... so ... here is my story:

I registred on sythe 1st acc: "Adusik-24" cuz my friend told me, i can buy PIN here, so i registred, few months later i started doing free services i had good topic with lot of posts and 15 vouches (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=431129). but ... one morning when i started computer i saw i am logged off so i tried log in with my password ... "wrong password" ... again, and again ... and when i click on all topic started by my acc there was one topic new (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=433415) ... so i decided it was stolen.
I created new acc to ask some1 on sythe what to do (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=433458) ... So ... nothink i can do with that ... only wrote message to you.
So i started new "free services" (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=433665) ... i just done "1st free" torso when ... temp. banned :-O ... what? ... i didnt do anithing wrong!? ... so i wrote to Dispute Forum
"the viper000" told me i was temp. banned for multiple acc. why? i have only 1! ohh that one hacked? ....
So ... CAN I MAKE NEW ACC IF MY OLD IS HACKED?!
-if yea ... why did i get ban?
-if no .... wtf?
