Banned (hacked)

Hi, I just tried to log into my account (Daft Matt), and it says I'm banned as it was hacked. So I tried to reset the password, received the email fine, but when I then use the link in that email to reset the pw it won't let me because I'm banned.

Can you please unban me so I can reset my password and access my account again?

Not sure how you want me to prove I'm the original owner, other than the fact that I own and have access to the original email that's still attached to the account since creation.

• If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that: Not sure, made the account a long time ago.
• If you were hacked please include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected: I wasn't hacked via a virus, I most likely was hacked because the password was an old, reused one that was part of a database dump. Like I said in my last post, I attempted to reset the pw to a new one via email but it wouldn't let me submit it because I was banned.

I still have access to the OG email which should be enough to prove that I am the original and only owner of the account. I don't use sythe often so I never realised it was hacked until way after the fact. I'd like to start using sythe again and would rather not start a new account. If you can unban me I will immediately reset the password to a secure one.
