The keyword means continued but continued has 2 contexts. You could say that JoshuaG has done that before however another individual could argue that what continued actually meant was more than one person doing it. Continued does not just apply to one person but it could also apply to a group of people. In retrospectiveness, there have been a variety of users doing the exact same thing at the same time. Here is proof of that:

The proof of Rael doing it could be considered as before the RAS temp bans were being given out because as far as I can see it was announced on the 16th of April when the first ban was being given out. I have gone to find a few posts before then and these are just a few reports that I found of people spamming RAS and getting away with it:

Also there are a few people who have done it twice even after JoshuaG was banned on the 16th of April. Here is where JoshuaG got banned:

I also tried to go back and see when he got warned for spamming in the RAS and I was unable to find it. If you can find it then go ahead and show it to me. Continued means that there were multiple people involved not just JoshuaG. These people did not get punished however JoshuaG did. How is that fair?

Go ahead and view that proof. You can clearly see Gucci also doing it twice and having no bans whatsoever whilst JoshuaG gets banned after once of doing this.

Sorry. I am not going to waste my time arguing with you on how we differ on the semantics of the word "continued", if that's what you're expecting from me.

@Tmoe already explained you why in your old thread please don't make new ones.

 

3 day bans are given at staffs discretion when it comes to people "spamming the RAS", you don't get to decide whether they're given or when they're given, we do. That should answer your question, don't make another thread about this.

 

I have zero interest in playing semantics with you; if you want to make the rules, go back to miasmic and pretend to leave while using your alternate account
